Yoga for Better Movement
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after a break or looking for a gentler way to move, you will find a welcoming class to suit you.
I offer chair yoga, beginner-friendly classes, outdoor yoga experiences and private yoga sessions for community groups and teams, all designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence.
Yoga does not have to be intimidating! I make sure all my classes are welcoming and fully adaptable.
Whether you find getting up and down from the floor is difficult, uncomfortable, or impossible - I have a class that is right for you!

Hi, I am Alison — a fully qualified yoga teacher at Flexion Cotswolds, I am also currently training in sports massage and Reiki.
My approach to teaching is shaped by both my professional background and my personal journey. After going through breast cancer I have a deep understanding of how important gentle, compassionate movement is for both the body and the mind.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, and I’m here to support you in feeling stronger, more mobile, and more confident — one small step at a time.
