My name is Alison Hurman
I am a fully qualified yoga teacher at Flexion Cotswolds, I am also currently training in sports massage and Reiki.
My approach to teaching is shaped by both my professional background and my personal journey. After going through breast cancer I have a deep understanding of how important gentle, compassionate movement is for both the body and the mind.
I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, and I’m here to support you in feeling stronger, more mobile, and more confident — one small step at a time.
