Explore My Yoga Classes

I offer three styles of yoga designed to help you stay strong, flexible, and confident in everyday movement.

All classes are welcoming, supportive, and adaptable, so you can move at your own pace, whatever your experience or mobility level.

Chair Yoga

A gentle, mainly seated class with some standing poses using a chair for support.

The movements we do in class aim to reduce stiffness, improve strength and increase your comfortable range of motion. Helping to improve your ability and comfort in performing everyday tasks.

Perfect for: Anyone wanting gentle, accessible movement to improve functional fitness and flexibility.

Supported Flow Yoga

A chair-optional class that bridges the gap between traditional floor-based yoga and chair yoga.

You will always have the option of a chair for support, whether that is to sit on instead of the floor for floor-based work, or as an aid to bring the floor closer to you in poses such as Downward Facing Dog.

Perfect for: Those who want more dynamic movement than Chair Yoga but find getting up and down from the floor is difficult, uncomfortable, or impossible.

Beginners Yoga

A traditional floor-based class designed for people completely new to yoga.

Classes follow a Vinyasa style, meaning movements flow gently from one pose to the next rather than following a fixed routine. You will gradually learn foundational yoga poses (asanas), simple breathing techniques (pranayama), and some of the principles behind yoga.

Perfect for: Complete beginners who can get up and down from the floor independently (does not need to be graceful, you just need to be capable).
