Chair Yoga 

​A gentle, mainly seated class with some standing poses using a chair for support.

Perfect for anyone wanting gentle, accessible movement to improve strength, balance, and confidence.

Supported Flow Yoga 

This chair optional class is a hybrid that is bridging the gap between traditional mat-based yoga and chair yoga. 

Whether getting up and down from the floor is difficult, uncomfortable, or impossible, this hybrid class lets you move safely and confidently.
