What to expect
Begin your Sunday surrounded by nature with a relaxed, beginner-friendly yoga class amongst the beautiful flower fields at Piddle Brook Farm.
We will start by taking a few moments to arrive, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and gently prepare the body for movement. As the class unfolds, we will build warmth and energy with a fun, flowing sequence designed to improve strength, balance and mobility, before gradually slowing things back down, giving you time to stretch, relax and simply enjoy the morning before heading into the rest of your day.
Designed with complete beginners in mind, these classes offer a relaxed and welcoming introduction to yoga.
Experienced yogis are also very welcome and can enjoy the unique experience of practising amongst the flowers, where nature becomes part of the class.

Once I have received your form, I will send you a confirmation email with everything you need to know before your class.
Classes are £15 and payment is made on the day (card or cash accepted)!
Wet weather
Classes are planned to take place amongst the flower fields whenever possible. If the weather has other ideas, we will simply move into the beautiful converted barn, so your class can still go ahead in a sheltered space.
